OUR MISSION

Lal Williams Construction was built on service first. Before construction, our founder spent years serving others through mission work in Haiti and serving our country in the U.S. Army. That experience shaped how we do business today: show up, do what you said you’d do, and take care of people.


After returning home, he started in real estate and home renovations, then grew into full-service remodeling, roofing, and new residential construction.

To serve Lubbock homeowners with honest construction, dependable timelines, and quality work done right. We build and remodel with integrity, respect, and a commitment to creating safe, durable homes for the families who live in them.
